I have shared this before but I love sharing it again. Tracy Minich, owner of Real Estate Gladiators in Monroe, and her staff once again have come through for me. After four years and multiple real estate transactions with Tracy I will be the owner of a condo in downtown Kirkland and moving in at the end of this month. It is wonderful to have people working for you that you can trust completely and know they are looking out for your best interests. Therese Johns P.S. .......and that is not all. Tracy has been my property manager long before I moved to Kirkland. She and her staff are Top-notch in all respects. As one of her staff once said, "We don't own your homes, we just act as if we do." I like that attitude.

They always put your mind at ease, I had some problems with another Property Management Company I had been dealing with, I never could get any answers, I didn’t know where to turn, my grandsons dad told me about Tracy at Real Estate Gladiators, I talked to Tracy and explained everything to her, she made me feel so relieved, I could feel the stress leaving me, she said we will take care of everything, don’t worry and they did. Tracy and Katherine have been a blessing to me, they keep me up to date with my financial transactions, each month. When your tenants lease is up, they will ask you how you want to go as far as renewing the lease, etc., they will take care of it for you. I’m really pleased with Real Estate Gladiators. Thank you, Tracy and Katherine, I can’t thank you enough, you both have been outstanding and done an awesome job.

They took over a difficult tenant and walked me through everything that needed to be done correctly. They are excellent at what they do. I am most happy with the quick response I get from them when reaching out for anything. I don't review much at all, but highly recommend real estate gladiators

REG has been helping manage my rental property since I acquired it in 2018. They have been just wonderful. Prior to buying this place I was stressing how to manage remotely.
